My name is Bryce Allen Montgomery, and I am running for District Judge for State District 38, which makes up Hempstead and Nevada Counties.
I am a life-long resident of Hope, Arkansas. I grew up on my family’s farm in Hope, went to law school at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and came back to practice law at the Montgomery Law Firm. In my tenure of practice, I’ve helped thousands of people and businesses in Hempstead and Nevada Counties.
In my personal life, I’m married to the very lovely Katie Daniels, who grew up in Bodcaw. Her parents, Jack and Sunny Daniels, run the Miracle Farms Market, and if you haven’t been to their Fall Festival in October, it’s worth a trip. Katie and I spend our time outside of work attending Garrett Memorial Baptist Church, rebuilding a 120-year-old house, and helping out on the farm.
I’m running for District Judge because I believe the people and businesses of Hempstead and Nevada Counties deserve a District Judge who is fair and impartial, and who upholds our values of honesty, integrity, and decency.
This district is my home, and I would be honored to have your vote and support to be our next District Judge. I’m asking for your vote for District Judge.
